JOB PURPOSE
The Pricing Manager (temporary assignment) is responsible for managing key pricing activities across the Business Unit. The role combines responsibility for RFQs, change requests and business cases with active coordination across Sales, Operations, Finance and Commercial Excellence. It ensures that pricing decisions are based on reliable data, clear logic and well‑structured commercial inputs. The incumbent will contribute to shaping pricing processes, improving data transparency, and the development of value‑based pricing approaches in close alignment with stakeholders, such as Sales, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Finance, and Product Management.

Principal Accountabilities
Pricing Execution & Coordination
Process RFQs, change requests and customer pricing submissions
Develop structured business cases and margin analyses in collaboration with Sales
Coordinate required costing inputs from sites and functional teams
Maintain accurate price lists and ensure consistency across systems
Pricing Tools & Data Integrity
Support the use, maintenance and continuous improvement of pricing configurators (CPQ)
Align cost drivers and data inputs with plant functions (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain)
Safeguard data quality, accuracy and transparency in all pricing workflows
Document changes and manage backup processes for pricing tools
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Support
Prepare clear commercial arguments and pricing documentation for Sales
Act as a central point of contact for pricing‑related questions of a defined product segment
Support communication on raw material impacts, cost changes and pricing logic
Assist in harmonizing pricing processes within the BU

Qualifications / Requirements
Formal Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant business experience (pricing, commercial, finance or analytical roles)
Proficiency with standard office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Comfortable working with big data and productivity tools is a plus (Power BI, CPQ/pricing systems, workflow/automation tools; Excel as supporting tool)
Strong written and spoken English skills
