Role Summary Accounts Receivable Manager – Cedacris Finance team. Join a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive financial excellence and support strategic business goals.

Responsibilities Lead the receivables cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all related activities.

Identify and implement process improvements while maintaining full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Collaborate effectively with Sales, Treasury, Procurement, HR, and other departments to align financial operations.

Maintain high standards of financial compliance and support audit readiness with thorough documentation and controls.

Lead or support the implementation of advanced accounting tools and ERP platforms for digital transformation and system integration.

Qualifications and Experience Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance (with honors).5‑8 years of proven experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in receivables management.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Familiarity with SAP; prior experience in a similar role is a strong asset.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Willingness to travel weekly to the company’s location in Emilia Romagna.

Location Emilia Romagna – Milan (Italy). According to Italian Law L.68/99, candidates from the disability list will receive priority.
