Responsibilities
SGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients :
Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance. Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS ensures a daily support to over 300 clients. Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).
Mission
The Clearing & Settlement Services Employee runs the daily business in the Portfolio Transfers Team and ensures the proper settlement regarding the transfer of assets related to the Portfolio Transfers business of SGSS' clients. The focus will be on the Uni Credit Group business for FOP settlement.
This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months.
Desired start date: as soon as possible
Tasks and responsibilities

Post-trade processing of securities transactions free of payment on local and international markets, ensuring timely settlement on the market
Monitoring and follow up the pendings and differences with the counter parties and irregularities with the client's back / middle offices & the market settlement departments

Profile required
Studies & experience

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Social Studies, Legal, Engineering

Financial industry background
Language skills

Italian : C2
English : B2
