About the Role
The resource will join the Finance Department in Pirelli's HQ based in Milan. The HQ Finance Department is responsible for a vast portfolio of tasks, including the Group financing on bank and capital markets, the centralized financial risk management, trade finance activities and the Finance area reporting. The team is also the focal point for affiliates’ financial needs, supporting Group companies in evaluating financing options, working capital solutions and optimizing their capital structures.
Your Core Activities
Structure and timely execute funding transactions on both Bank and Debt Capital Markets.
Be an integral link of the funding negotiations to internal stakeholders such as legal, tax, financial statement departments and of external counterparts such as Investors and Rating Agencies.
Grant the proper funding support to the Group's subsidiaries.
Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic decisions with data‑driven analysis.
Hedge the Financial Risks in accordance with the Group's policies.
Support the accounting department in preparing the quarterly consolidated financial reports on debt and derivatives matters.
Manage and support the professional growth on a small team.
What We Are Looking For
5-7 years of experience in a large listed corporation or financial institution.
Strong academic background in Finance, Business or Economics.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Proven track record in capital raising and financial markets, including through ESG features.
Strong knowledge of financial derivatives.
