Senior Associate, Valuation Services Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate who will help clients fulfill complex financial reporting and tax requirements, leveraging advanced valuation methodologies, industry knowledge, and rigorous standards. The role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to objective, independent advice.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Perform valuation analyses for a wide range of private and public corporate clients.

Understand clients’ business models, strategies, and industry challenges.

Interview clients to gather relevant data and information.

Analyze financial statements and business plans.

Select and apply appropriate valuation approaches based on purpose and context.

Prepare and present findings in clear, concise, and well‑argued reports.

Supervise and mentor junior staff on analyses, reports, and presentations.

Build client relationships and serve as a direct contact with current and prospective clients.

Draft proposals, presentations, and publications communicated to clients.

Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or an MBA from an accredited institution.
3‑5 years of experience in an advisory firm specializing in valuation of companies, intangible assets, financial assets and liabilities; experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models such as DCF, income method, comparable company and transaction methods, and excess earnings method.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly.

Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and adapt in a team environment.

Commitment to achieving outstanding results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including representation of diverse communities.

Experience working with diverse teams.
