🎯 Your mission
As a Junior Business Controller & BI Support, you will support the Controlling team in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and management data used for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. You will actively contribute to the development of advanced reporting and BI dashboards (Power BI, advanced Excel), enabling clear and effective data communication across the organization.
You will work in a collaborative environment, maintaining high quality standards and strong attention to detail, even under tight deadlines and competing priorities, while supporting process efficiency and teamwork.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting periodic reporting activities (P&L and balance sheet reporting, variance analysis) and identifying potential areas for improvement
Actively contributing to the development, update, and maintenance of control dashboards and advanced BI reporting
Facilitating data interpretation and sharing within the team and with internal stakeholders
Supporting the timely identification and resolution of operational issues
Effectively organizing your work to meet deadlines and quality requirements
Promoting a positive, respectful, and results‑oriented working environment

👤 Who you are
Experience

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields
Up to 3 years of experience in corporate environments, preferably in finance, controlling, or business planning roles

Technical skills

Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Excellent command of Office 365 tools, especially Excel

Experience with BI tools (Power BI, data visualization) and basic SQL knowledge
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Navision, Business Central)
High attention to detail and strong methodological rigor
Fluency in English
