Senior Controller

ResponsabilitàManage the budgeting and forecasting process for business units.

Analyze variances between budget, forecast, and actuals, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and leadership teams.

Define and monitor KPIs to track operational and financial performance.

Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly and annual closing activities.

Participate in cost optimization projects and process improvement initiatives.

Conduct investment and strategic project analysis, including business case evaluations.

Act as a liaison between finance and operational teams to ensure alignment of financial data with business activities.

Contribute to the digitalization of controlling processes and implementation of Business Intelligence tools.

Competenze Professionals Meeting The Following Requirements Will Be Considered Degree in Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 8 years of experience in controlling roles, ideally within the energy sector.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting processes.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.

Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and results orientation.

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.

Fluent in English.
