We’re looking for an   Event Manager  (  VAT contract  ), dynamic professional to play a key role in our continued expansion.
Minimum  5 years Experience   in Live COMMUNICATION Market ( Agencies, Promotion, Brand)
Reporting to Chief Business OFFICER
Minimum   B2/C1 British Council english leve   l

Key Responsibilities   :

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, both national and international, serving as the main point of contact;

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients;

• Cooperate with the team of internal resources and, on occasion, freelancers;

• Oversee and coordinate the planning and execution process of events, working closely with the creative and operational teams;

• Ensure that events are successfully executed, adhering to established budgets and timelines;

• Constantly monitor and evaluate project performance;

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices to ensure the services offered are cutting-edge.

Requirements   :

• Professional background from the events and live communication agency industry;

• Proven experience in managing clients in the events and experiential activities sector;

• Ability to identify new business and sales opportunities;

• Excellent organizational, planning, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;

• In-depth knowledge of the events industry and marketing trends;

• Ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines;

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities;

• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking;

• Excellent proficiency in the English language.
