· +3 years of experience in CVM, online player engagement, digital promotions, or marketing within the i-Gaming, online betting, or casino industry.
· Experience in campaign planning, execution, and optimization, including A/B testing and performance monitoring.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to present findings and recommendations clearly.
