A leading renewable energy developer is preparing for a Senior Origination-level hire as part of its medium-term growth strategy.
This role will suit someone with 5-6 years' experience in origination or project development who is ready to step toward a senior or head-of origination pathway.
Key Responsibilities Identify and assess new wind and solar PV development opportunities
Support early-stage development including land, grid, permitting, and feasibility
Work closely with technical, grid, and project teams to mature opportunities
Support portfolio growth and long‑term development strategy
Requirements5-6+ years' experience in renewable energy origination or development
Strong understanding of grid constraints, permitting processes, and early‑stage risk
Experience with in a developer, IPP, or consultancy
Ambition to grow into a senior origination leadership role Seniority level
