Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer‑oriented person to join our team as a Front Office and Admissions Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current students, ensuring that their experience with our school is smooth, informative, and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management:
Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff with inquiries, providing excellent customer service in person, via email/CRM, and over the phone.
Admissions Process:
Handle all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment, including providing information on courses, fees, and visa requirements.
Student Support:
Assist students with administrative needs, including course registration, payments, and accommodation arrangements.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of student information, admissions data, and payments using our internal systems.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for students from inquiry to course completion.
Problem Solving:
Address and solve any issues or concerns students may have, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front office, admissions, or customer service role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Experience in content creation (photography, videography, and writing).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in English and Italian; another language skill is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
