Sales Consultant
Join Testbusters as a Sales Consultant and help students achieve their academic goals.
Base Pay Range
Testbusters is a community-based company with over 1,000 people across Italy and the UK.
Responsibilities

Manage inbound contacts from web forms and Calendly.
Qualify leads based on criteria such as test type, university, exams, and timelines.
Conduct consultations with students to understand needs and recommend solutions.
Present the offer clearly, highlighting the value of the Testbusters method.
Use and update the CRM to monitor pipeline, conversion rates, sales trends, and student feedback.
Collaborate with Marketing to improve the lead acquisition funnel and customer journey.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with empathy and active listening.
Ambitious and motivated to join a leading education company.
Team spirit and willingness to help the team.
Knowledge of the Italian university context and student challenges.
Excellent English proficiency.

Nice to Have

Experience in CRM management.
1-2 years of commercial experience in exam preparation.

Annual salary €26,000 – €30,000.
