Career Service and Industry Relations Specialist
The candidate will join the Career Service and Industry Relation Unit located in Milan, and will ensure internship and placement opportunities for Domus Academy students to achieve the highest level of placement rate. The role will promote special activities and initiatives for students and alumni, and will maximise Industry Relations opportunities by enlarging numbers of new partnerships.
The role reports to the Communication and Industry Relations Senior Manager and involves the following activities:

Assure front‑end services to students, guaranteeing high level of placement services and giving detailed information on their career path development.
Recruit students aligned to the company’s requirements, offering them internship and placement opportunities; support them with CV revision and correct execution of the web‑based platform for company job postings.
Guarantee administrative services related to internship activities (contracts, documents and agreements in accordance with laws and policies). Execute reporting activities related to internship and placement opportunities for graduates and graduating students; assure data entry activities and analysis.
Organise events aimed at promoting student visibility and fostering internships and placement activities (Career Gym/Career days).
Promote initiatives for Alumni and related Alumni Reunions and Alumni Talks series.
Assure relations with national and international firms to implement collaboration between the companies and academic activities.

Requirements

University Degree in Humanities (e.g. HR, Labor Psychology), Law, Economics.
Level of English (written and spoken) B2, preferably C1.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
Previous professional experience (minimum 3 years) in recruiting, front office with international students is desirable.
Highly motivated, customer‑oriented, precise, team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
