Your role
We are looking for an  Environment, Health & Safety Training & Comms Intern  who will support the design, development and delivery of training initiatives aimed at enhancing our global EHS awareness and performance. In this role you will contribute to several cross‑functional projects, from conducting training needs analyses to developing multimedia learning materials, while also supporting internal communication campaigns that promote EHS culture throughout the company.

Main responsibilities

Design, develop and deliver training programs aligned with business needs.

Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and stakeholders.

Create effective and engaging training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, guides, videos).

Coordinate the training calendar, logistics and participant communications.

Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.

Develop and implement internal communication plans to support projects and initiatives.

Draft and edit content for internal communication channels.

Ensure consistency of messaging with company values and brand guidelines.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure alignment and impact.

Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and employee engagement levels.

Main requirements

Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of training and development methods and techniques.

Microsoft Office package (SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Excel, PPT); photo and video‑editing software is an asset.

Knowledge of methods to identify training needs, report and evaluate results of needs assessments, and analyze performance problems.

Ability to apply basic evaluation techniques.

Experience in web design and content production, copywriting and editing.

Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions, establish professional contacts and organize time with appropriate supervision.

Good oral and written communication, presentation skills, outstanding organizational and planning abilities.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Humanities, EHS, Communication & Marketing.

English Level C1.

Italian, French, or other languages (nice to have).
