Overview We are hiring a senior architect / project manager to join its team in Torino, Italy. CRA – Carlo Ratti Associati is seeking a senior architect with strong leadership skills, a solid design background, and a forward-looking curiosity for how new technologies can transform the built environment.

Role and Location Based in our Turin office, the selected candidate will work closely with partners and the design leadership team, taking responsibility for the development and management of key projects across all phases — from concept to delivery. The role includes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing clients and consultants, and contributing strategically to the studio’s creative and operational growth.

Key responsibilities lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept to constructionmanage multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients, consultants, and partners support strategic and design development across the office, fostering innovation and high design standardscontribute to the long-term vision of the practice and its evolving organization

Requirementsmaster’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or urban designminimum six to eight years’ of experience in international architecture or design officesproven experience in project management and team leadershipstrong conceptual, graphic, and technical skills excellent communication and organizational abilitiesfluent in written and spoken English;
Italian or other languages are a plus knowledge of CRA’s work and vision is an asset.
