Sneaker Designer Innovation
We are looking for a Sneaker Designer Innovation role with a visionary mindset and a passion for exploring new boundaries in footwear. The ideal candidate has a technical background in 3D design and a deep understanding of materials and construction techniques.
Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on new materials, technologies, and sustainable solutions to drive product innovation
Design and develop forward‑thinking sneaker concepts that blend the brand’s DNA with future trends
Create detailed technical packs and 3D models to support the prototyping phase
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure the feasibility and industrialization of new designs
Follow the entire sample process, providing feedback and solutions to improve the final product
Experiment with new construction methods to enhance comfort, performance, and aesthetics
Maintain an organized archive of materials, sketches, and prototypes
Stay updated on global footwear trends and competitor activities
Ensure the “Perfect Imperfection” philosophy is integrated into every innovative design

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in footwear design, specifically in sneaker or innovation roles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D modeling software (Rhino, Blender, or similar)
Solid knowledge of footwear construction, mold making, and manufacturing processes
Strong creative vision combined with a practical, problem‑solving approach
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects
Good command of English
Skill in drawing by hand
