Position
Project Designer – the role is tailored for an architect or civil engineer with 2–5 years’ experience. The candidate will operate as a strong communicator, self‑motivated, and eager to work in an established international design practice with a solid reputation. The position offers professional development primarily through BIM modelling within the project team, with responsibility for specific parts of the project.
Responsibilities

Understand the design intent and the key concepts underlying the project
Develop ideas, materials, and references during the early stages of the project proposal
Produce images and drawings that clearly represent the project, from overall vision to detailed scale
Organize work according to project priorities and development requirements
Contribute to the project team and provide support as needed
Collaborate with members of the internal design team
Develop the project using BIM modelling producing models, drawings, and visual content primarily in Revit

Qualifications

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced proficiency in BIM methodology and BIM software, with mandatory advanced knowledge of Revit
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a BIM‑based and multidisciplinary environment
Ability to work effectively in an informal and dynamic workplace
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
Positive, flexible, supportive, and enthusiastic attitude
Good command of spoken and written English
