Responsabilità Gestione dei contatti con i clienti per problematiche tecniche presso le aziende clienti
Interfaccia con i tecnici per pianificazione e presa appuntamenti degli interventi risolutivi
Requisiti Buone capacità di relazione e comunicazione con il pubblico
Attenzione al cliente
Capacità organizzative
Problem solving
Minima esperienza in customer care (valutati anche candidati/e alla prima esperienza)
Offerta Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi prorogabile
Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali
