La risorsa di occuperà di gestire il rapporto con i clienti, con la rete di officine e di ricambisti attraverso le piattaforme web condivise, e-mail e telefono.
Si richiede:
Proattività e capacità di problem solving
Predisposizione al lavoro in team
Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (preferibile patentino ECDL)
Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese
Attitudine all'utilizzo degli strumenti di comunicazione (telefono, e-mail)
