Being in a customer‑centric business where we strive to give all WeRoaders the best travel experience of their lives, we go all‑out to delight them in every way possible. Whether you are a first time traveler or the most faithful WeRoader, we go the extra mile for you.

In this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring nonstop customer delight, providing a stunning post‑booking & trip experience as well as giving the right insights related to market, offering and operations.

What You’ll Do

Together with the Customer Care Team, you’ll be in contact with our WeRoaders through our communication channels (Mail, phone, Whats App). You will support our WeRoaders after they booked their trip, answering their questions and preparing them at best for their upcoming adventure.

Achieve agreed-upon post‑sales targets and SLAs.

Check customer feedback to create a strong, positive experience that exceeds their expectations.

Contribute to the management of key pre‑departure processes, such as documents check, payment process, tour changes and cancellations.

What We’re Looking For

You are an Italian native and you have a good knowledge of English. Knowledge of a third language — German, Spanish, or French — is considered an asset.

You are empathetic and have great listening skills.

Excellent stress‑management skills and you are able to approach issues in a diligent, organized and rational way.

Great attention to details.

You are a fast learner, able to integrate at best in a very dynamic environment.

Social and able to work strongly with a team.

You love to travel, learn and meet new people – in short, you are a true WeRoader.

You are flexible to work outside of official working hours not exceeding the 40 h/week.

You are currently based in Milan or willing to move.

You Will Love Working at WeRoad If

You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn’t think possible. Challenges excite you, and you’re hungry for the next win.

You want to be part of a young, smart, and fun team that shares your passion for travel. You thrive in a community of bold thinkers and doers who challenge and inspire each other.

You’re an entrepreneur at heart, take responsibility from day one, and move fast to make things happen.

You prefer adventure over routine and embrace the fast‑paced, ever‑changing ride of a scale‑up. You make decisions quickly, test, learn, and adapt—because growth comes from action.

You believe in the power of people. Our WeRoaders and Travel Coordinators are at the core of everything we do, and you’re eager to be part of something bigger.

What We Can Offer

Opportunities to learn – we invest in your growth with training and learning opportunities.

New‑parent support – €3,600/year for 3 years after birth or adoption (or prorated if your child is under 3 when you start at WeRoad).

Extra benefits – meal vouchers (€8/day – when applicable).

Fun – a vibrant co‑working space, team buildings and meet‑ups.

Hybrid working – flexible working, and we support you to work from your destination of choice up to 1 month per year.

The Selection Process Will Consist Of

First interview with People team.

Customer Care role‑play group interview.

Final motivation interview.
