Job Description  We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our customer service team in Dresano, Italy. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations while developing customer service excellence. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support our logistics and customer service functions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Assist in processing and tracking customer orders through our logistics system
Support the coordination of shipments and deliveries while maintaining accurate documentation
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and logistics-related questions in a friendly and professional manner
Perform data entry tasks related to logistics operations and customer information with precision and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure timely problem resolution
Monitor and update tracking information to keep customers informed
Assist in preparing reports on logistics metrics and customer service performance
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
Qualifications   Strong organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian/English
Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Teamwork and collaboration skills
