Role Overview We are now looking for a Service Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Field Service Navigation organization. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing service requests from initial inquiry through completion, ensuring that resources, documentation, and communication are handled efficiently.
You will act as a central point of coordination between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, supporting smooth execution of service activities while maintaining high standards of quality, cost, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities Act as main point of contact for service-related coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Define and communicate service objectives and scope to the involved teams
Develop and maintain service plans, schedules, and documentation
Monitor and update service documentation, reports, and job files
Coordinate required resources, including personnel, materials, and tools
Establish and support procedures for risk, issue, change, and communication management
Support preparation and follow-up of service budgets and cost tracking
Key Requirements Technical or maritime educational background, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 2 years of experience on board cruise or merchant vessels or in a maritime technical environment
Understanding of navigation systems; experience with Platinum equipment systems is a strong advantage
Ability to manage multiple service requests from start to finish with a structured approach
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with Field Service teams
Proficient in English, written and spoken
