Adecco Consulting, on behalf of a company leader in the fields of digital payments, connectivity, and integrated identity solutions, is looking for: 1 Customer Service Specialist For our Milan office with proven experience, eager to join a dynamic and international environment. What You'll Do:
• Handle customer requests, ensuring their needs are met in compliance with internal procedures.
• Monitor and manage customer orders from start to finish, including delivery and invoicing.
• Place purchase orders with internal and external manufacturing sites, coordinating with all involved partners.
• Set up material master data in the ERP system according to product specifications
• Manage customer complaints and incidents, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate all processes related to each order, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure timely billing and monthly stock reporting.
• Coordinate and track the required processes (approvals, personalization, data reception, customer-owned materials) along with the
• Envolved departments, ensuring fulfilment of the delivery deadlines. Keep track of the necessary documentation on the basis of the

• Maintain an excellent relationship with customers, internal partners and group companies. Who You Are:
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• You are able to prioritize and manage competing tasks in a dynamic work environment'
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• You are open to feedback and eager to grow professionally. Requirements:
• University degree (preferred) or high school diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Experience in handling and resolving complex customer issues.
