We build turnkey e-mobility solutions for the communities of tomorrow.
By partnering with hotels, residential compounds, and corporate campuses through our flexible solution, Unicorn Mobility delivers software-enhanced mobility experiences to end users.
We are expanding fast across Europe and are looking for ambitious Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to help us maintain and grow strong relationships with our partners.

Your Mission
Serve as the main point of contact for our partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Unicorn Mobility solutions.
Onboard new partners, providing them with the tools, training, and guidance needed to succeed.
Proactively engage with partners to understand their needs, address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations, enhancing service adoption and retention.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Act as a trusted advisor, positioning Unicorn Mobility as a critical partner in achieving sustainable mobility goals.
Manage customer feedback, advocating for improvements and aligning internal teams with market needs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM (currently Hub Spot).
Your Ideal Profile
2-4 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, tech software, or mobility solutions.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
Professional-level  Spanish and  English required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with partners.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

Experience with CRM tools like Hub Spot is essential; familiarity with G-Suite and other sales enablement tools is a plus.
