Azienda specializzata in tecnologie e accessori per il riposo e il comfort notturno ricerca un/a Addetto/a al Centralino con spiccata sensibilità verso le esigenze del cliente e attenzione alla qualità del servizio.
Attività principali:
Gestione del centralino e delle richieste telefoniche
Assistenza clienti pre e post vendita
Fornitura di informazioni su prodotti e soluzioni per il riposo
Gestione appuntamenti e segnalazioni
Supporto alle attività di customer care.
Requisiti richiesti:
Ottime doti comunicative e ascolto attivo
Approccio empatico e orientato alla persona
Capacità organizzative e problem solving
Utilizzo base di PC e software gestionali.
Offerta:
Formazione continua sui prodotti
Orario di lavoro full time, 40 ore settimanali
Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi rinnovabile.
