About the Project  Dyson is a globally recognized premium technology company designing and manufacturing innovative household appliances, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care technology, and more. As a Customer Expert, you will support retail customers in the UK and Irish market via inbound calls. The role combines customer service, sales support, and light technical troubleshooting.
You will assist customers with:
Product inquiries
Sales-related questions
Aftersales support
Delivery-related issues
Basic technical troubleshooting
You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop environment. Full training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated to the client when necessary.
Your Responsibilities   Handle inbound calls from Italian-speaking customers
Provide product guidance and troubleshooting support
Assist with orders, warranties, repairs, and replacements
Deliver a premium customer experience
Navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
Collaborate with an international team
Requirements
Italian at C1+ level
Good English skills
Previous experience in a customer service role
Advanced PC skills (comfortable navigating multiple tabs and systems)
Affinity for technology and technical products
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
