La figura si occuperà di fornire supporto ai clienti germanofoni, gestendo richieste e reclami in modo efficiente. È necessaria un'ottima conoscenza del tedesco e dell'italiano, oltre a esperienza nel customer service. L'orario di lavoro è dal lunedì al venerdì e il contratto offre opportunità di crescita in un ambiente dinamico.
