Responsibilities

Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
Stay up to date with new products & company updates

Qualifications

Fluent in Italian (C1C2) & good English (B2+)
Excellent communication & empathy skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
