Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English to support clients using our products and services.
The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing, online presence, and website design tools.
This role requires strong communication skills, a genuine interest in digital marketing/web design, and the ability to deliver high‑quality support in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Two consecutive days off:
Saturday and Sunday
Uber reimbursement up to 25 per day for early shifts starting at 06:00 to support commuting
On-site presence in Lisbon is required.
Compensation Package

Competitive base salary + Performance bonus
Shared accommodation provided
Meal allowance per working day

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)
The ideal candidate:

Experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design.
Enthusiastic and passionate about the digital/web environment.
Fluent in German and proficient in English.
Demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑service orientation.
Comfortable working in rotating shifts (within daytime hours).

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support for clients through multiple communication channels.
Assist users with website creation tools, digital marketing features, and account‑related inquiries.
Troubleshoot issues related to website setup, functionality, and optimization.
Guide customers in best practices regarding web presence and digital marketing strategy.
Ensure accurate documentation of cases and adherence to internal processes.
Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and product improvements.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about platform features and updates.
