What you will do in this role
As a  Customer Service Representative , you will:
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat with their inquiries.
Provide account and application support, including questions related to software functionality.
Troubleshoot technical issues, such as system configurations and network settings.
Deliver accurate and real-time answers to inquiries.
Contribute to building brand engagement for our clients.
You'll excel in this role if you:
Have a high level of  Italian  and  English  (oral and written).
Are passionate about the  entertainment and media industry .
Possess excellent communication skills with a strong sense of empathy and teamwork.
Are familiar with digital streaming services and devices.
Have a positive and solution-driven attitude.
