Role Description
This is a internship role for a Visual Designer based in Milan. The Visual Designer will be responsible for ideating and creating visually compelling designs for branding, graphic elements, and web interfaces. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role involves producing cohesive designs aligned with client goals, contributing to branding strategies, and translating concepts into dynamic visuals. The role allows flexible work arrangements, blending in-office collaboration with the possibility of remote work.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and understanding of design principles
Experience in crafting cohesive Branding and creating engaging Graphics
Skills in Web Design and interface design
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Visual Communication, or a related field
Prior experience in brand-focused design projects is a plus
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
