What We Offer

Shadow the Head of Collection development for show and production samples
Collaborate with partners during prototypes and samples development of the collection and production
Work closely with the different teams in the office (trims, R&D, PD, fabrics)
Participate in meetings and presentations
Work on Haute Couture VIP projects and MTM

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

2/3 Years in fashion company industry
Knowledge of pattern making garment cutting and construction basics
Experience in creating garments
Passion for fashion, research and field experimentation
Interest in Haute Couture and bespoke tailoring
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations
Ability to work with creativity and attention to detail
Interest in trends and innovation in fashion
Ability to work in team and collaborative mindset
Fluency in English and Italian
