Role Summary and Impact
As a Media Supervisor specializing in Offline Media Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact media strategies for our diverse client portfolio. Operating with a significant degree of autonomy, you will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and optimization of all offline media campaigns (TV, Press, Radio, Addressable). Your expertise will directly contribute to client growth by delivering innovative and effective media solutions, enhancing brand visibility and driving measurable results.
This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, capable of inspiring a team and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating a team in charge of Offline Media Planning (TV, Press, Radio, Addressable).
Managing the relationship with assigned clients.
Planning and managing media according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Lead.
Conducting competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Actively participating in the definition of communication strategies, according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Manager.
Coordinating with creative agencies for advertising materials.
Coordinating with the international hub of assigned clients.
Participating in client meetings, presenting media plans and performance reports.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in offline media planning within a media agency environment.
Proven experience in leading, coordinating, or supervising a team of media planners.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Demonstrating exceptional accuracy, precision, and meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and plan development.
Being highly organized, effectively managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Exhibiting a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and taking ownership of tasks.
Working independently, making informed decisions, and managing responsibilities with a high degree of self-sufficiency.
Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, and articulating complex media strategies to diverse audiences.
Possessing a strong understanding of media landscape dynamics, consumer behavior, and how offline channels contribute to broader marketing objectives.
