Role Summary The International School of Milan (ISM), part of the Inspired Education Group, is seeking a Photographer, Videographer & Social Content Creator to capture, produce and curate high-quality visual content documenting and promoting the ISM Fashion, Art & Design Summer Camp, running from 26 June to 26 July 2026.The ISM Fashion, Art & Design Summer Camp is a creative and educational residential programme for international students aged 12–17, combining learning in fashion design and creation processes, sustainability topics, cultural experiences, excursions in Milan and surrounding regions, and a rich programme of afternoon and evening activities.

The place of work is International School of Milan (ISM), Baranzate, with required activity-based work at off-campus locations in Milan, Lombardy and other regions as part of the camp programme.

Working closely with the Camp Director and the Marketing & Communications team, the post-holder will create daily visual content for families and curated promotional assets for digital channels, ensuring full compliance with safeguarding, privacy and consent policies.

Key Responsibilities Photograph and film daily camp activities, workshops, excursions, free-time moments and special events (on and off campus).Collaborate with the Camp Director, Marketing team and camp staff to plan content priorities and key storytelling moments.

Create daily photo slideshows and short video reels with narrative captions for families via the camp communication platform.

Produce a highlight video capturing key moments from each camp session for final exhibition.

Create curated photo selections and short-form promotional video content for use on social media, the camp website and other channels.

Edit and enhance photo and video content using tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).Organise, label and maintain a structured digital archive of content for future marketing and communications use.

Ensure full compliance with image-use consent, safeguarding and media policies when capturing and sharing student content.

Attend coordination meetings and work flexibly across the camp schedule (working hours may be scheduled between 08:30 and 22:00).Provide general support to the camp team when required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have Proven experience in photography, videography and digital/social content creation, supported by a portfolio demonstrating technical skill and storytelling.

Experience creating short-form social content such as reels, stories and short videos.

Proficiency using editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or equivalent).Strong visual sensitivity and ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.

Experience working professionally in an educational environment with minors, including understanding of consent, privacy and safeguarding requirements.

Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, with a reliable and flexible approach.

English language proficiency at Advanced/Proficiency level (C1–C2).Valid permission to work in Italy/EU and ability to provide a criminal record certificate prior to the start of camp.

A portfolio (or sample photos/videos) and a link to a social media account or website showcasing your content, submitted as part of your application.

Salary:
Euros 2500 gross for the whole period.

Included: meals, Accident insurance

Day Off: one full day off per week
