How does the application process work

you’ve got mail: we get back to you via email to arrange a first interview (usually within 1 week)
first touch: an interview with Simona, People Care team manager, and with one person closest to your job position to assess your professional skills
team touch base: a second with the Servant Leader and/or Product Owner of your candidate team to assess your attitude and your compatibility with the team
almost done! we will discuss budgets and you will get a final interview with our CFO
welcome on board! Now an onboarding process begins

Arkage is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator / Multibrand Content Manager (Milan) is that you?
What you do on a daily basis

Coordinate the planning, production and distribution of digital content for corporate events, international trade shows and Medical Technologies initiatives
Manage the complete content lifecycle, from briefing to final delivery
Work closely with marketing, brand, creative, IT teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality
Monitor event and content calendars, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
Adapt and manage digital assets across multiple brands, channels, audiences and markets
Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues throughout the production workflow
Perform final quality checks to ensure consistency with brand identity and guidelines
Maintain project documentation, tracking and archiving of materials and activity logs

Who are you

A professional with hands‑on experience in digital content management in fast‑paced environments
Detail‑oriented with strong visual sensitivity and understanding of brand language
Able to manage multiple priorities and parallel projects without compromising quality
Proactive, solution‑driven and capable of working with ownership and autonomy
An effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international setting
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Mandatory Technical Skills

Proven experience managing digital content across brands and channels
Proficiency with content and asset management tools (DAM, CMS, collaborative suites)
Understanding of digital formats and specifications for events, web, newsletters and social media
Ability to work within structured workflows, manage versioning, feedback cycles and quality checkpoints
Excellent command of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Nice to have

Experience in fashion, design, lifestyle or premium consumer industries
Exposure to international trade shows or large‑scale event environments
Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe suite or comparable) for minor adaptations or reviews
Basic project management skills
Professional knowledge of Italian
Smart working 3 days per week or more
Employment or Collaboration Agreement according to the candidate’s profile
