Responsabilità
Un/una Contract Manager con esperienza nel settore delle opere ferroviarie, con forte conoscenza dei contratti e dei processi di Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI).
Responsabile della gestione contrattuale dei lavori in cantiere, controllo dei costi e dei rischi, interfaccia con funzioni tecniche, legali e di progetto.
Gestire e supervisionare l'intero ciclo contrattuale delle opere ferroviarie affidate (contratti, varianti, clausole, contenziosi).
Coordinare la stesura, revisione e negoziazione dei contratti e delle varianti con appaltatori, subappaltatori e fornitori.
