SITE SUPERVISOR / PROJECT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
We are developing several large-scale real estate projects in Bali, representing around 50 villas located on the same site in the first phase, with strong ambitions for long-term growth.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Master of Works who will become our main on-site representative, ensuring quality, organization, cleanliness, and respect of timelines.

This is a key and strategic position with high responsibility and autonomy.

Main Responsibilities The Site Supervisor will be our eyes and brain on the construction site.

Site Supervision & Quality Control Daily supervision of the contractor and construction teams

Ensure all works comply with plans, technical standards, quality requirements and agreed timelines

Identify defects, poor workmanship, or delays and enforce corrections

Organization & Processes Implement clear and structured site management processes

Ensure the site is always clean, organized, safe and professional

Make sure the site is presentable at all times, especially for investor visits

Contractor Management Act as the main point of contact with the contractor

Ensure full compliance with quality, deadlines, and organization

Support contractor improvement when possible

If necessary: restructure collaboration or lead contractor replacement and tender processes

Reporting & Monitoring Provide weekly detailed reports (progress, issues, solutions, timeline)
Attend a weekly management meeting

Anticipate risks and propose practical solutions

Work in coordination with the project representative to support the final phases of the project and investor communications, while the Site Supervisor retains full responsibility for site performance and execution.

Profile Required Indonesian nationality, experienced/senior profile preferred

Strong organizational and leadership skills

High standards for quality, deadlines, and cleanliness

Autonomous, reliable, detail-oriented

Comfortable with professional reporting and communication
