This role is designed to act as a core enabler for supply chain digitalization and end to end data platform setup to drive insights on operation improvement opportunities by robust collaboration cross commercial/supply chain/industrial team and proven data analytical skills.
Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate the design and implementation of integrated digital supply chain processes, and manage the roll-out of the supply chain digitalization project, establishing the efficient operations to meet the complex Company needs.
Enable the use of new technologies to introduce new principles for the business management and customer transformation, allowing to reshape and increase operational efficiency and real-time monitoring through information platforms.
Work with relevant stakeholders and cross-functionally to provide insights into integrated and automated supply chain transformation management, leveraging on their knowledge and needs.
Pursue optimization approaches to drive operational excellence, with a focus on transparency, continuous project and performance management, advanced and predictive analytics, and updated solutions.
Collect and analyze the key operational and performance data to ensure the processes monitoring, adjustment, and improvement.
Ensure the compliance and alignment with the internal and external regulations, requirements, and environment sustainability.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, IT or related
5+ years working experience in Supply Chain, IT and/or relevant; in-house FMCG experience is preferred
Knowledge of E2E supply chain processes, with capability on operation improvements
Proven experience in automated process design, planning related projects, as well as advanced and predictive analytics is a MUST
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proficiency in analytical modeling and modeling techniques (Microsoft Power Platform is preferred)
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems;
Proactiveness, accountability with solid project and stakeholder management skills
Team playing ability with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints with solid deliverables
