Financial and Operations Analyst

Location: Via Milano

We are seeking a talented Financial & Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Milan.

In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution and sustainable growth.

Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and analytical profile to work closely with the COO, building from the ground up the company’s financial and operational analysis framework. This role combines financial insight, process creation, and project management, perfect for someone who enjoys transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

· Build and structure the company’s management reporting framework from scratch.

· Work with accounting data to make it operationally meaningful analyses.

· Develop and maintain analyses of actual vs. budget performance.

· Partner with business teams to conduct cost analyses and identify opportunities for optimization.

· Support the COO in building the annual budget and reforecasting cycles.
Operational Accounting:

· Manage accounting operations related to the e-commerce business.

· Prepare and deliver the “Registro dei corrispettivi” to the accounting team.

· Produce operational P&L reports to support decision-making.
ERP System Migration (2026–2027):
Act as project manager for the migration to a new ERP system.
Contribute to process design, testing, and rollout of the new system.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.

Candidate Profile:

· Solid experience in accounting, financial analysis and controlling; ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work hands-on with raw data.

· Comfortable creating structure where none exists; eager to design new tools and reports.

· Good understanding of accounting flows and ERP systems.

· Project management mindset: organized, resourceful, and collaborative.

· Proficiency in Excel; familiar with ERP

· Fluent in Italian and English.
