Our products are born from real-world experience and built entirely in Italy. Our flagship device, the Sound Bullet, is trusted by audio professionals worldwide.

We are a small, profitable, and fast-growing company (5 people today) with in-house production and global ambitions.

Now we’re entering a scaling phase — and we’re looking for someone who can help us build the operational backbone that will support our next stage of growth.

The Role
This is not a corporate operations role.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position in a small team where you will work directly with the founder to bring structure, clarity, and scalability to our operations.

Your mission is simple:

Build a lean, efficient, scalable operational system that allows the company to grow without chaos.

You will progressively structure and strengthen the operations function, with the opportunity to grow into a future COO role as the company expands.

Your First 6–12 Months Will Focus On

Bringing order to operational workflows and internal processes

Reducing supplier fragmentation and optimizing procurement

Improving margins through production and cost optimization

Structuring QA/QC processes

Creating visibility on operational KPIs and cash flow

Freeing up founder bandwidth by introducing clarity and systems

Core Responsibilities
Operations & Production

Oversee and optimize the full production cycle (in-house assembly)

Improve time-to-market and cost efficiency

Implement structured QA/QC processes

Monitor and improve operational KPIs

Supply Chain & Procurement

Rationalize and consolidate suppliers

Negotiate directly with manufacturers and partners

Plan material purchases to ensure cash flow stability

Optimize warehouse organization and logistics

Process & Team Structure

Harmonize workflows across departments

Automate or delegate low-value tasks

Introduce simple, scalable systems

Progressively build and structure the operations team as needed

Financial & Strategic Support

Support financial planning and cash flow management

Contribute to operational budgeting and resource allocation

Evaluate strategic opportunities and operational improvements

Who We’re Looking For
You are not looking for a corporate comfort zone.

You want responsibility, ownership, and visible impact.

You likely:

Have 5–8 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Production, or similar roles

Have worked in a small or scaling company before

Know how to create structure where there is ambiguity

Are comfortable being both strategic and hands-on

Communicate clearly and collaborate naturally

Are fluent in English

Have experience with QA/QC or continuous improvement

Bonus: background in live sound, music, or technical audio.

Compensation

Permanent contract

Full-time, hybrid (Marsciano office + remote flexibility)

Salary range: €35,000 – €45,000 gross/year, depending on experience
