Export & Logistics Specialist – Internship (Stage)
Our Milan-based lifestyle brand is seeking an Export & Logistics Specialist (Internship / Stage) to join our global Logistics team and become a fundamental support to daily operations.
This role is offered as an internship and is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international luxury environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, positive attitude.
The role will report directly to the Logistics Manager, acting as a key support and operational partner across logistics and warehouse activities.
Experience or strong interest in working within a growth-oriented company, as well as an interest in luxury and lifestyle brands, is highly valued.
What you’ll do:
Maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and well-organized manner
Ensuring proper protection of products and materials stored in the warehouse
Monitoring stock levels for monthly inventory checks
Supporting physical inventory counts on a quarterly basis
Assisting with warehouse mapping and layout organization
Managing shipments and returns to and from offices, pop-ups, events, and photo shoots
Organizing all goods movements and preparing the related documentation (proforma invoices, delivery notes, air waybills)
Updating stock levels and ensuring data accuracy across all systems
Maintaining and updating gifting and loan files in alignment with internal systems
Sending manual picking lists to the warehouse to support office requests
Managing orders for packaging stock and all materials required for shipments
Preparing inbound shipment lists for the warehouse
Monitoring shipment statuses and following up when needed
Supporting B2B shipments and related documentation (invoices, delivery notes, customs documents, returns, credit notes, imports)
Managing customer databases related to shipping requirements and contacts
Supporting credit recovery activities and balance payments
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in export and logistics is a plus
Be willing to adapt and collaborate
Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office/Stealth Go/PLM management systems)
Have a positive attitude to work Detail oriented and highly organized
Italian language fluency, English language proficiency
