Commercial Development Manager - Private Commercial Jets
As a Commercial Development Manager, you will focus on developing new business opportunities for private commercial jets (approx. 20-seat capacity). You'll work closely with senior leadership to identify prospects, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions for corporate and VIP travel.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development across Italy for private commercial jet services.
Identify and engage with corporate clients, brokers, and high-value prospects.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

Ideal Background

Experience working for private jet brokers, charter companies, or airlines.
Strong understanding of private aviation and commercial jet operations.
Proven track record in sales and business development within aviation.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
