Nous Srl is expanding and is looking for a Sales Manager to join the team and support the company’s next phase of commercial growth.
Role overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing commercial strategies, and managing key customer relationships within the food ingredients and nutraceuticals sector. The role is central to expanding Nous Srl’s presence across European and international markets.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
Manage and expand key accounts and strategic customer relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in food ingredients and nutraceuticals
Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial activities with product and operational capabilities
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and meetings
5–10 years of experience in the food ingredients and nutraceuticals sector, preferably in a European or international context
Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
Strong understanding of ingredient markets and customer decision processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple commercial priorities
Gross annual salary (RAL): €40,000–€50,000
