CGA Technologies Srl is a leading metalworking company in the production of heat exchangers for the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER Role And Responsibilities Establish the necessary connections with internal teams in order to bring new RFQs.Manage orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams.

Monitor the market and competition, analyzing trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies.

Acquisition of new customers through the implementation of lead generation and customer engagement strategies.

Skills Degree (Engineering is preferred).Previous experience of 3/5 years (Energy sector is preferred).Teamwork and problem solving skills.

Economic and financial sensitivity.

Precision and goal orientation.

Project management and organization skills.

Fluent in English is mandatory.

Position requires a lot of business trip in Europe.
