Do you want to develop yourself in a young, ambitious and international team? Are you interested in the dynamic world of the shop-in-shop environment in Italy ? Then this internship is made for you!

The Wholesale team is responsible for all shop-in-shops in Italy (perfumeries and department stores). You will join a young and enthusiastic team and you will be led by the Head of Wholesale Italy. During the internship you support the Wholesale Coordinators from our head office in Milan.

This internship offers you the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at a global cosmetics brand. Our organization has a lot of growth potential and offers you an ambitious and pleasant working atmosphere. If you are a real go-getter, you think solution-oriented and you get along well with Microsoft Office, then you are the one we are looking for!

Your responsibilities:

Follow up trade marketing plan & activities per partner online & offline

Check and review online merchandising & benchmarking per partner

Prepare and sending list of products, categories, assortment & pictures Analyse and convert sell in/out Contribute to presentations for internal and external meetings

Providing support for different fields: openings new corners, training, place merchandising & products orders

Handling ad hoc operational requests from the local team, HQ and partners

In short: RITUALS Cosmetics is looking for an intern who knows how to get things done. You preferably follow a course in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or Commercial Economics. You are commercially oriented, strong in building good relationships between the internal departments and you work accurately and in a structured way.

You have a good command of the English language in word and writing

You are accurate, structured and have an eye for detail

You are strong in planning and organizing and have a hands-on mentality

You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
Full time (40hrs/week). Availability min. 4 days a week in presence
