Business Manager – Private Individuals
The Business Manager will provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Private Individuals ensuring effective execution of business plans, performance monitoring and process optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen and the ability to manage cross‑functional projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Private Individuals in defining and implementing business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
Monitor KPIs, prepare reports and provide insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and projects across different teams ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Support budgeting processes, financial planning and cost control activities.
Act as a liaison between the Head of Private Individuals and internal/external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement best practices across operations.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in project/business management, strategy or financial analysis within the banking or financial services sector.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Languages:

Fluent in English.
