The role:

At Motor

K, the ERP and Business Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining the company's invoicing systems to optimize business processes and support data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations across various departments, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of Motor

K's customer operations.

Requirements Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, preferably with specific knowledge relevant to Motor

K's tools (Salesforce, Netsuite, Dealhub).Understanding of subscription management principles and systems.

Ability to analyze complex data and processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.

Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of addressing and resolving system issues effectively.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in ERP systems analysis or a similar role.

What you will do:

Analyze and optimize invoicing systems functionalities to support business requirements, ensuring efficient and effective process flows.

Provide ongoing support to ERP (Netsuite) and other related system (ie. Dealhub) users, resolving issues promptly to minimize business disruptions.

Develop comprehensive documentation for invoicing processes and systems, and conduct training sessions for users to enhance system understanding and utilization.

Work closely with other teams to identify and implement ERP system enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
