- Your role and responsibilities

At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, the company, and colleagues address and solve complex challenges. KPMG Advisory offers consulting services in business model transformation, process improvement, digitisation, risk analysis, and management, as well as support in finance transactions.

Joining the Business Transformation team in Milan means working in a fast-growing, talented environment with impactful projects. You will be involved in major projects for national and international clients, working directly with top management.

Your responsibilities will include:

Rethinking the operating models of key functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) using organizational and operational levers to improve performance aligned with business strategies;

Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering through change management, unlocking transformation potential;

Evaluating the impacts and benefits of initiatives, monitoring performance, and planning to address gaps.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics

This role is ideal if you have:

A master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Management Engineering;

Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and task management abilities;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office;

Proficiency in English, ideally with international experience.
