How You’ll Make a Difference
You will work in small teams—typically 2–3 consultants—taking an active part in every dimension of client engagements. Throughout each project, you will combine core management consulting skills with innovative corporate‑finance and value‑creation techniques, contributing to leading‑edge knowledge at the intersection of strategy, corporate finance, and implementation. Your work will include sourcing and assessing information, building and pressure‑testing hypotheses, shaping and communicating recommendations, and delivering real‑handed impact.
Requirements
What We Look For

Master’s degree with an excellent academic record
1+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, or due diligence gained in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or major corporation
Ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity, both verbally and in writing
Ability to structure and solve problems through rigorous quantitative thinking and analysis
Outstanding analytical abilities and quantitative problem‑solving strength
Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and foster an inclusive environment with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Interest in and effectiveness in using technology and AI are considered a plus
Fluency in English is mandatory
Fluency in Italian is mandatory

Location:

You will be based in our Milan or Rome office, working across multiple industries and advising clients on their most demanding topics, including corporate strategy, M&A, due diligence, and performance improvement.
