Join a dynamic multinational company in the primary sector as we seek an enthusiastic Sales Manager to drive our client sales efforts forward!
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio, ensuring strong and lasting client relationships
Oversee the full lifecycle of customer accounts, with support from the customer service team Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts, leveraging advanced Excel functionalities (including pivot tables)
Regularly visit clients across Italy, optimizing weekly travel schedules to maximize efficiency
Act as key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and decision‑making.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the commodities
Native Italian. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is preferred
Great knowledge of the Office Automation package (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word). Proficiency in Excel: including the ability to create and analyze pivot tables and manage detailed reports.
Must be a very positive person. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
